1. The PR China has received a promotion loan from the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany through KfW (KfW development Bank) for Qingdao Kaiyuan Group Co., Ltd. To Procurement of heat supply network equipments and it is intended that the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the Contract for the Goods and related Services.
2. CMC International Tendering Corporation as the Tendering agent, for and on behalf of the Tenderer(Qingdao Kaiyuan Group Co., Ltd.) hereby invite: The Companies passed the requirements of pre-qualification procession and proved by KfW to participate in the Bid. Supply of the goods and services financed under this loan shall be tendered and contracted as one contract with a successful Supplier/Contractor. Any local or third countries goods and services shall be included in this tendering whether in this Contract or in Supplies or Sub-contracts, with the successful Supplier/Contractor being responsible towards the Tendering agent. This invitation has been published on the official website of www.chinabidding.com in P.R. China and the authorized website of GTAI by KfW at the same time.
3. All of above mentioned manufacturers and/or companies to participate in the Bid are kindly requested to contact the Tendering agent to obtain Tendering Documents between 9:00 am – 11:00 am and 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm (Beijing Time) starting from May 24, 2012 (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays excepted) in Beijing at the address given below, upon non-refundable payment of RMB 4,000.00 or USD 650.00 for each set of Tendering Documents. Upon written request of the Bidder, the Tendering Documents can also be delivered by a special courier at an additional payment of US$45.00 (destination abroad) or RMB 120.00 (destination within P.R. China).
The Bid may be forwarded by mail, courier or delivered in person.
1), be forwarded by mail or courier to the office address of the Tendering agent at or before 12:00 am on July 6, 2012(Beijing Time). Mailed Bids received after this date and time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. If the Bids are submitted by a special courier, the special courier number must be informed in written fax to the Tendering agent at least 3 days before the bid opening.
2), be delivered in person to the office address of the Tendering agent at or before10:00 am on July 9, 2012(Beijing Time). Personally delivered Bids received after this date and time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
Any Bid received by the Tendering agent after the deadline of submission of Bids will be rejected.
Any Documents submitted by the Bidder after the deadline of submission of Bids can not receipt to the Tendering agent except requirement from the Tendering agent clarification.
The Bids shall be opened at 10:00 am (Beijing Time) July 9, 2012 in the office address of the Tendering agent.
