1. 中华人民共和国已从国际复兴开发银行（以下简称世界银行）获得一笔以多种货币计算的贷款，用于支付柳州市环境治理项目（二期）的费用，并计划将一部分贷款用于本次招标后所签订的合同项下的合格支付。
2. 中机国际招标公司受柳州市污水治理有限责任公司委托，邀请合格投标人就下列货物和有关服务提交密封投标：
项目名称：柳东新区官塘片区污水处理厂设备供货、安装及调试合同
项目概况：本工程位于柳州市柳东新区南部、南寨村东南面。污水处理厂工程处理规模：近期为40,000m3/d, 采用具有除磷脱氮功能的改良型氧化沟二级生物处理工艺，深度处理采用微过滤滤池，本工程尾水执行GB18918-2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》规定的一级排放A标准，经污水厂处理后的尾水可直接排入交雍沟。污泥处理工艺为“污泥浓缩→污泥脱水→污泥外运”。工期为210日历天。
3.有兴趣的合格投标人可在下述中机国际招标公司得到进一步的信息和查阅招标文件。
4.有兴趣的投标人可从2012年7月5日起每天（节假日除外）上午8：30至12：00，下午3：00至6：00（北京时间）在下述地址购买招标文件，本招标文件每套1500元人民币，售后不退。如欲邮购,需另加100元人民币邮资。
5. 所有投标书应于2012年8月16日北京时间上午9：00之前递交到广西柳州市跃进路126-号柳州市污水治理有限责任公司二号会议室，并须附有金额为不少于投标总价的2%的投标保证金。
6.兹定于北京时间2012年8月16日上午 9:00在广西柳州市跃进路126-1号柳州市污水治理有限责任公司二号会议室公开开标。届时请参加投标的代表出席开标仪式。

1. The people’s Republic of China has received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction (the Bank) toward the cost of Liuzhou Environment Management Project II (LZEMP II), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the Contract for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Equipment of Guantang WWTP.
2. CMC International Tendering Corporation now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for following goods and relevant service, entrusted by Liuzhou Municipal Wastewater Treatment Co., Ltd:
Name of project: Contract of Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Equipment of Guantang WWTP
Profile of project: The project is located in the southwest of Liudong New District and southeast of Nanzhai village. The capacity of Guantang WWTP is 40,000m3/d in the near term, the improved oxidation ditch secondary biological treatment process is adopted and a micro-filtration tank is used for in-depth treatment. Class IA discharge standard specified in GB18918-2002 Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal WWTP is implemented for the effluent. The sludge treatment process is “sludge thickening →sludge dewatering→sludge transport” The construction duration is 210calendar days.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from CMC International Tendering Corporation and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below.
4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below from AM 8:30 - 12:00 to PM 3:00 -6:00 (Beijing Time) from 5 July, 2012 (excluding holiday and vacation) and upon payment of a non refundable fee RMB 1500. If the Bidding Documents is purchased through mail order, additional RMB 100 is required for postage.
5. Bids must be delivered to No.:2 Meeting Room of Liuzhou Municipal Wastewater Treatment Co., Ltd (No.: 126-1, Yuejin Road, Liuzhou City) at or before AM 9:00 of 16 August, 2012. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security with amount no less than 2% of the total bid price.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person or on-line at No.:2 Meeting Room of Liuzhou Municipal Wastewater Treatment Co., Ltd (No.: 126-1, Yuejin Road, Liuzhou City) at AM 9:00 of 16 August, 2012.
